A project located in Montreal North of 101 rental apartments. In collaboration with the city of Montreal North and the Quebec Housing Corporation (SHQ). This is a project in the AccèsLogis Québec program and accredited by Novoclimat. Delivery 2022.

Le 3270 Boulevard Saint-Elzéar
A project located in the heart of Laval of 141 rental apartment units for autonomous seniors. In collaboration with the city of Laval and the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ). This is a project in the AccèsLogis Québec program and accredited by Novoclimat. Completed.

Addition of 80 rental units for autonomous senior citizen and the expansion of common areas in an existing building. Completed.
